At Home In Bay Point California! This is as Wild as it gets now Days! :^D
First photo, an Eastern Fox Squirrel, not a California Native(called a Red Fox Squirrel) around here , and tired of seeing us every day! :^D
Second, just a big Turkey, up on the fence!
Third is a California Scrub Jay.
and last is a Western Fence Lizard(what we call a Blue Belly Lizard), but I've shone some of these before! :^D

Thanks keramikos, he does that all the time, it must be something he does so he can escape any direction quickly, or just relaxing watching me take photos of him. He's really not to afraid of us, because we put the food out for him and the Birds too! :^D

When I posted this I couldn't imagine that we would still be in the middle of a Pandemic, at this time! Please Wear a Mask and Social Distance so we all can put COVID-19, behind us! ! ! :^(
Squirrels lay that way for a very good reason. On a hot day laying like that is how they dissipate heat from their body. I have gray squirrels around my place that will get on my lap and then look in my shirt pocket to see if there are any peanuts left in there.
