A few years ago I started buying old vases for my wife as gifts for her birthday. Here is one.It has beautiful detail especially the base.It is marked Middletown Plate Co. Quadruple Plate with the number 164 on the bottom. If anyone knows more about it I would love to know.

Two reerences. The first will give some information on Middletown Plate Co. and the second will give another example of a Victorian Epergne.
