Good afternoon everyone. I won an auction on a lamp and as you can see it arrived pretty much destroyed. What kind of lamp is it and is it worth trying to repair? Please help!

I have, and they are kind of cool when restored. Do you have all of the painted glass panels for the base?

I don't think I have ever known the exact name for these.

I won this in an online auction and it was all together and no notable issues. What you see in the pictures is after I received the package and unpacked it. The 3rd glass panel was destroyed along with the other damage in the photos. I am working with the site I bought it from to see what they are willing to do. I wished I had never won it because if I had not it might still be in one piece.

They should refund it completely. Without the third panel, it is impossible to restore to anything reasonable. It is a shame.

I am hopeful that they will do the right thing. If they let me keep it then I am going to work on getting it back together and I figured I could turn the lamp around with the missing panel. The glass tulip/flower is open on the top. Would they have put something in it?

It is a solid piece of glass. We shall see what happens with it all. I am very happy that you reached out and that we got connected. I appreciate you!
