Japanned Signed Sherman Flower Brooch, Amber and Green to Almost Black
This Sherman set is quite different from other colours in most rhinestone applications. In the flowers the green and amber have unique coloring where the one half is regular colour and in the other half of the navette the color goes to an almost BLACK colour. I am not sure what to call these rhinestones, but would appreciate if someone knows to tell me.
I had misplaced this set for at least a year or three, therefore I cannot say when I purchased it, but possibly in 2017. I had to overexpose the picture and brighten the brooch so that the burned edge rhinestones would show up in the picture. This set is made with very dull colours in general so it would be wearable for anyone, anywhere, or any function !~ ...H

Hi mcheconi, actually I have never counted. I have 20 showcases that are full and used, I also have 3 larger showcases which I prefer that have not been opened before, so I am full up of what I need. Mostly the larger ones are sorted by colour, and the smaller ones by collections and unique pieces.

What an extraordinary Sherman creation. That gradation from clear to dark gives the brooch and earrings an distinct air of sophistication. (I mean, even more than is usual for Sherman!) I'm not normally fond of figural rhinestone pieces but these are breathtaking - and exceedingly chic.
(I've been on this forum for less than 2 days and I'm already running out of superlatives, ha ha.)
