Nall and Williams tobacco company Louisville Kentucky not exactly sure what it is for tobacco or for tobacco plug the company was in business from 1892 to 1911 it's a little cloth bag it's only like 5 by 4 in.
I would think plugs because it says save the tags and plugs had tags.
