Mun Cou Jingdezhen after 1980 part 0f what they call a longevity set lets say the stingray symbols between the cartouches

the cartouches mean , meaning Longevity, Luck, & Happiness.

the value is one milkshake and two beer

I saw your post and had to glance over at a set I have in my dresser as a decorative touch.
Mine are identical to yours except mine are pink and on the bottom the number is “13” where yours is “17”.
I can also tell you, as the previous commenter said, the value is near zero.
I bought mine in an Asian import store in the 1980s - if it had cost more than a few dollars, I wouldn’t have bought it...I only did so because I thought it was pretty...I still think so....I used to drink my coffee from the cups.
The price of a milkshake is about right.
