I am not sure what type of figurine this is. About 5 inches tall. Some said it may be an African slip shot. I have no idea what country this is from. Any information would be appreciated in finding more about this piece.

Here's a Google image search of what I think it might be, an antique, or older Whistle:

      https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&tbm=isch&source=hp&biw=1217&bih=615&ei=Pl_VXryuBY7-tAWUl6LQDA&q=antique+pottery+figurine+whistle&oq=antique+pottery+figurine+whistle&gs_lcp=CgNpbWcQDDoCCAA6BAgAEAM6BQgAEIMBOgQIABAeOgYIABAIEB46BAgAEBhQzS5YwpcDYM68A2gAcAB4AIAB7QKIAcMnkgEIMC4yOC4xLjOYAQCgAQGqAQtnd3Mtd2l6LWltZw&sclient=img&ved=0ahUKEwi8xaTktOHpAhUOP60KHZSLCMoQ4dUDCAY

If you go through some of them there are similarities, even in the pre-Columbian clay Whistles! Good Luck, and thanks for posting! :^)
