      Hi, it's not large just 11 cm x 11 cm x 3cm. (4.3 ins x 4.3 ins x 1 .2 ins).
The dealer who sold it to me was same first guy I mentioned in the Bohemian Beaker Two Colour Silver Decoration I have on C.W..
He said to me: "No doubts when this was made then!"
He dislikes pottery and glass with a passion and just buys it to sell on. He prefers metals of the Oriental kind and has made a good living out of it too.
I was glad to take this off his hands for $20 at the collectors fair six months ago.
Pressed glass is not really my thing, but I am coming to realize that a lot of commercial stuff is pressed and the quality of the process can be extremely fine. Most Lalique is mould blown or pressed, isn't it?

Its fabulous ! I am insanely jealous !
Pressed glass is rarely if ever unique because a major part of production cost is the making of the mold. Unfortunately the Czech never did planned & numbered editions as far as I know.
However, this I would class as "Glass Art"; a piece of sculpture which just happens to be made of glass and I would of thought made in signoficant smaller numbers than normal.
I haven't come across MAJAK before. I thought at first it was one of the numerous, and frequently changing, acronym-ed Czech State glass-factory conglomerates of the communist era but I have drawn a blank there. In googling what comes up most frequently is a Russian manufacturer of glass clocks !
Jablonec (previously known by it's German name of Gablonz) has had a long reputation as a major centre for high quality pressed glass of many kinds including jewellery and top quality glass buttons as well as figural pieces and the fabulous Art Deco perfume bottle designs of Heinrich Hoffmann and his son-in-law Schlevogt.
The largest factory there was owned (pre-WWII) by the Riedel family, renowned as innovators in colour and technique, now world class makers of sommelier glassware based in Austria.
