      Hi, may I ask how modern do you think, like 1900, 1940, 1970? I know absolutely nothing about furniture. The person I got them from just said that they had been in her family for a long time. Thx Essy

      Hard to determine age. The design style was popular when I was a child and now I'm nearing 79.
