Looking for information. I played on this in the early 70s. Not sure if I should keep it as a collectable or donate it so another child can enjoy.

It is very collectible. Too valuable to give to a kid to play with. Probably worth a few hundred $. I have seen just a rusty shell go for $100. That one looks super nice with great patina. It would also be a sin to restore it great as is.
Looks nice. Must be a $200+ car if the condition is as good as it seems, from what I have seen before. Looks like those white bits at the end have clips on to carry something. Did it have a hose or a ladder with it originally?
Definitely a collectable! This is a Murray Flat Face Fire Tuck, it has 2 wood ladders in the side racks (easily made) and it should also have a Red light (Siren) in the hood, yours looks very good, almost complete, i agree with Elanski, minimum 200, if you put the ladders and the red siren, it can go up to 300 easy, welcome do C.W.
Nice job Lata on the identification. Back in the 1965 McClurg's catalogue, this Murray pedal car is called "DELUXE FIRE TRUCK With Adjustable Pedals" . The description is " 45 X 7 in. Full ball bearing body with 8 in. ball bearing wheels with molded tires. 5-position ball bearing pull straps and rear axle hangers. Equipped with fire engine bell, blinker light, ignition key in dashboard, spinner type hub caps, windshield, 2 wooden ladders. Bright red with white trim. Each in ctn. 35 lbs." Back in 1965 they were listed at $32.00. Worth Easily 7 - 10 times that now. Nice One!!
