I guess this must "prove it"...Phre5d does seem to be prospering in his new pot out in front of my house. As somebody (Watchsearcher, I think) first predicted, and since I last updated/anything he has not only continued to pop up new leaves (each trying to out-do the previous for how big it is) but just this morning **this** came along too...???!!!

Kinda neat to, finally, mebbe think that I won't automatically and eventually kill any odd plant I come in contact with...? <lol>

EDIT a week later 19Jul, with an additional pic #1. Phre5d Jr. continues to thrive, his 2nd leaf larger than his first. :-) As matter of fact, he now looks quite like Phre5d Sr. did, when he himself got rescued from that excavation dirt pile a couple years ago.... :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

      Congratulations to Phre5d and you!
Those huge leaves are so healthy and shiny- they are really appreciating that special pot and your TLC.

THANKS SO MUCH to keramikos and Watchsearcher for your kind comments -- also to keramikos, fortapache, Watchsearcher, Newfld, RichmondLori, vetraio50, aura, iggy, racer4four, Brunswick, Vynil33rpm, & yougottahavestuff for also punching your <love it> buttons!

I've just added another photo (first now, I think) to show Phre5d Jr. as of this afternoon. He's now looking quite a lot like his 'papa' (?) did those couple yrs ago when I rescued him from that construction site. :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)
