    Doll is wearing beautiful old dress, pantaloons and underskirt with socks and bonnet. The body is kid leather and measures approximately 19” and the head from top to bottom of shoulder is approximately 6”; mouth is open showing teeth.

      I believe she is a German Bisque Turned Head Kestner Doll Alphabet Series Letter L . Very nice :-)

      Well I should have said she is a Kestner Alphabet series doll and also called a shoulder head vs a socket head since her head and shoulders are attached . Mystery solved
