Just been passed down to myself from my Great great uncle. Would love any information about it. Absolute novice about clocks. Would love to find it’s details.

Hello and welcome to Collectors Weekly, Clocks!

Your heirloom is an Ansonia model called the "Apollo" from circa 1901.
It originally listed for $22.00. That would be the equivalent of $667 in 2020 when adjusted for inflation.

      It's a nice clock.

Here are two other examples online: https://www.antiqueclockspriceguide.com/manufmodelshow.php?manufacturer=Ansonia&model=Apollo&ordertype=DESC

Hope that solves your mystery. If so, please indicate "Mystery Solved" in your post. If not, let us know what other questions you may have.

Thanks for sharing your family heirloom.

      Bruce
