I really like this piece but don't know anything about it.

I'm not even sure abou that
Fulvio Bianconi is more a hope than a guess.
Color wise I thought/hoped it might be a Bianconi piece for Mazzega...
Any ideas are welcome...

It's a great find and certainly looks like the same colouring as the Bianconi on Etsy.
I think fasce orrizontali is a building term that has to do with horizontal bands, which is quite a good description for your beautiful colorful Murano vase
