Seymour Mann Owl ICE BUCKET 12 inches tall
Mid Century Ice Bucket - "Seymour Mann Old Tankardware Made In Italy" stamped on base - sculpted metal bucket - manufacturer identifies "pewtertone" color, which is actually aluminum... very lightweight!
Most other examples of Mann Tankardware owls were made in JAPAN!!!!!!! 1960-70 I think that the Italian ones were earlier, more towards the early 60s. This one's from Italy... 1960s.

EDIT: I DECIDED TO HAUL THS COOL ICE CHEST OUT FOR DUTY AT A COVID-CONSCIOUS MEETING (DISTANCE, MASKS, ETC.) SO I DECIDED TO DRESS HIM APPROPRIATELY! CHEERS!!

Thank you! I'm in love with him. Most of the Mann buckets were made in Japan, but this one, from Italy, is earlier, I think... maybe the 50s.
