I don't even know where to start to look for a possible ID. Any information will be appreciated. The colour is a blue/green. The optic medium-wide.

Dimensions:

Bowl stands 4 3/4 inches at its sides. Diameter of opening is 10 1/2 inches. Diameter of the base is 4 3/4 inches.

Cup stands 2 3/4 inches at its sides. Diameter of opening is 3 3/4 inches. Diameter of the base is 1 1/4 inches.

The ladle's handle is 14 inches. Width of the 'bowl' to edge of spout is 3 inches.

The handle on the lid is 1 3/4 inches at the tallest point.

Yes, it caught my eye when entering an antique store. It's hard to tell from the photos, but the colour is gorgeous as well.
