    Metal Woodpecker Toothpick Holder

Bought this not too long ago. I like the crusty patina. looks good on the Shelf whith the other metal Birds.

I believe it's cast iron Circa 50s. the woodpecker's head goes down and grabs a toothpick for you.

Thanks. Seems to be a lot of these around. But my collection includes things they make me smile not necessarily just monetary value. Although that's always a bonus.

Thomas what is a yellowhammer woodpecker? Is there a northern flicker? I'm in Washington State and our bird is American goldfinch.

Trying to say...is a yellowhammer Woodpecker the same as a northern flicker?
