I posted this here some time ago, with the hope that SOMEBODY out there would know anything about it, but to no avail. I thought I might try again with a new audience. The stick figures remind me of something I have seen, but I just cannot recall what it is; The colors in the skirt and blous of each figure is slightly raised, as though a second coat was applied on top of the first. Everything else is visible in the photos. I wonder if the number 378 is of anyh significance?
I sure would appreciate any input you might have.
    Thanks....

I found another in a different color # 381 so apparently it is product number or mold number . https://www.ebay.com/itm/Mid-Century-Trinket-Art-Dish-Retro-Purple-Green-Blue-Fashion-Lady-Design-Italy/233484585236?hash=item365cc40914:g:Q4wAAOSw8V9eOEUt
