Not even sure how to give a description of this. I have no idea what it is, but found among guitar parts and tools, although no one that I know that knows about guitars has any idea what it is. It's been a decade, and still no answers. If anyone recognizes it, please let me know.

I guess the first issue is, we don't know how big it is. A quick search... I did see it in the guitar forum. There is no description as to what it was or how it was used. There was also another thread they just talked about it with random guesses.

The first time I saw it I thought it was a marlinspike and a deicing tool..I'm not sure what it is..
