Engraved "FS" on the outside & "Las Vegas 1960" inside. The cigarette case an arm is marked in tiny letters "EJB CO". I have a COA for this item. My question and reason for posting is to ID the lady in the photos. The last compartment has hidden 2 photos of a mystery lady. I've asked the Sinatra family & Shirley MacClaine neither can ID the lady. Does anyone know who she might be? Maybe she was the person who gave Frank this case as a gift back in 1960? Thanks to dave2no1's suggestion, I've removed the 2 photos from the case & have them posted (front & back). I just discovered a couple of new things #1 her name was Louise Tipsword & #2 the writing looks like Frank Sinatra's handwriting. I own a few letters, cards, etc. that are handwritten by him & this writing does resemble his. Maybe a partial answer to the mystery. Was Louise Tipsword a family friend or young girlfriend from his past? A big part of the fun is the search for clues from the past. I appreciate the suggestions I've gotten from members. Thanks!

Do you have anything to verify it belonged to him or are you simply wishing it did based on the initials? His personal cigarette case was sold in 2007 and this is not it. The original also has a certificate of authenticity to prove it was his.

Thanks for the positive helpful comment. Yes, I do have a COA. I also have the backstory from the man I bought it from (2nd owner after Mr. S) who had it for decades. As fans & collectors, we know that Mr. Sinatra loved to smoke. He owned many pocket lighters, table lighters, cigarette cases throughout the 1940s, 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, etc. He was known for giving lavish gifts to friends, family, colleagues, & he was given many wonderful gifts in return. As I originally stated, my question was about the identity of the young lady in the photos. Not the legitimacy of the case.

Had you stated you have a COA to begin with people would not have assumed they might be researching a dead end lead. You could start by researching old photos of A.J. Lambert and Amanda Erlinger. He would have all good reason to have their photo's with him.

Yes, it might have appeared to be a dead-end lead had someone not read my statement posted with the photos. I contacted people closer to Mr. S who seemed to think the photos looked like they were from the late 30s-40s by the outfit the young lady was wearing. I've researched Sinatra family photos, early career photos, Cal Neva era photos, but I found no matches. Mr. Sinatra's granddaughters (AJ & Amanda) would be a logical guess. I have photo mugs from his estate with He, Barbara, Bobby & one with Bobby & Amanda. My reason for posting on this site is to get more eyes on the photos & hope they ring a bell with someone. If a person was of age in Las Vegas in 1960 to witness this Christmas, New Year's, Birthday, club opening gift being given, they would be around 80 years old today. There's still time & hope to solve this mystery.

It would be helpful if you could remove the pictures and we could get a full View. It would be easier to do an image search that way

Thank you, that is a great idea, dav2no1. I'll have to do it very carefully & wear light protective gloves. The might even be a message or date or something written on the back. I'll do it tomorrow & post it when I scan it. Thanks again.
