Nuclear & Military Collection
I needed to dust off the gun cabinet in the basement so I decided to show off part of my Nuclear and Military collection.
**grenade is INERT!**
That is a real radiation sign and a real fallout shelter sign.
The peace poster is a reproduction of a UK nuclear disarmament poster. Says, "stop nuclear suicide campaign for nuclear disarmament"
And a USAF 35mm film can. I believe that these would be used in the airplane surveillance photographs.
The geiger counter is a civilian model but it is exactly the same as the military model just a different color. This is more of the civilian defense model. And some faux radiation pills(just antacid) for looks.
And my ceramic skull wearing vintage military prescription glasses.
And of course an Army survival book..a gift from a friend.

I've got one of those yellow CivilianDefense geiger counters too (w/ accessories) but still don't have a 'fallout shelter' sign of my own, I've been (inactively) looking for one of those for years. Also got a de-commissioned grenade in a box somewhere...lawwdy, I have TOO MUCH STUFF... <lolol>
There's a lot of reproduction out there of the Fallout signs. There is also signs available like mine that are in mint shape they were never hung.
Seems like every time I post something ...you say you have the same stuff. Sounds like our tastes are similar?
