A variety of Victorian glassware. I think most were made in Stourbridge in the late 19th century. The smaller green threaded bowl is one of my favourite pieces. I love the colour and the double row of crystal pinch work at the top. Someone suggested that this could have been a match striker because of the tightness of the very fine threading. The pink cranberry is a feature of the last two photos. I think the ruby vaseline bowl is a fine specimen. The petal feet are made in the shape of a daisy by a specially moulded metal tool. Can the shape of the feet determine the maker or the country of manufacture? The jam dish has a metal holder but is packed away somewhere. It will turn up one year.

That green seems so different and works so well. I can see why it's a favourite.
