Picked this up a a sale. I know the maker but not the year. It is cast metal, in good condition. It works and keeps accurate time. This will be added to my personal collection.

Welcome to Collectors Weekly, Clocks. You appear to have picked up some sort of Ansonia "Novelty Clock" but I can find it in my reference materials.
It's very unusual. I've never seen another Ansonia quite like it before.
