    I bought these two statues a while back, I love them, not sure of their age or anything of that nature...they just needed to be saved from that small shop where they collected dust and I was drawn to them to liberate them.

      Appear to be Hindu brass/bronze figures from India. Hanuman on the left?

      Yes, they are both from India, lost wax casting process known as dhokra(I have several pieces but these are my two favorite ones). To be honest I never thought of the one piece representing a hindu deity but now that I look at it I think you are spot on, it has the facial features of Hanuman.
