I found this when I was looking for a tall nightstand and thought “that would be perfect “. And so it was for many years. Now I want to find out about it. It came from a MD’s father who also was a MD. I think he may have used it in his Doctors office or maybe it was a pharmacist cabinet for mixing tinctures etc. There’s no hardware just tongue and groove stuff. Lots and lots of storage space bot on inside of cabinet and inside door of cabinet. I think it would be really good for someone who mixes and uses essential oils. Not sure what I want to do with it. I’d just like some feedback from anyone who might be familiar with this type of apothecary cabinet. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Sure wish I could help you Kevin but antique furniture is out of my league. It certainly shows the quality of hand made pieces back in the day. Craftsmen took pride in their work back then and this piece certainly proves just that! I love it!
Oops, my apologies. I was skimming through a friends posts and got side- tracked because I found this so interesting!
Welcome to CW!
