Does anyone know anything about this cooler ? We found it in a shed after a cousin passed. I am pretty sure it is original. I am guessing it is from the 50s. One of the latches is missing and it has a little rust around the bottom.

I've seen these referred to as Coca-Cola Airline Coolers. There are several up for auction on eBay. Looks like they date from 40's-50's mostly.

Thanks NoBucks I have looked on ebay but have not seen an exact match. So much Retro out there it's hard to cipher through what is real.

I have the same cooler, but mine is missing one latch and the bottle opener on the side. Would LOVE to find those parts! :) It is what is known as an airline cooler.
