This is my wedding ring, which is an antique Russian ring made in the very early 1900's. From what I can read and the small amount of research I've done, the Makers Mark is for the 1st Artel. Can anyone help me confirm its Makers Mark?

This is easy: Greek letter delta for Moscow assay office
1 AYA in Russian stands for 1st YUVELIRNAYA (jewelry) ARTEL 1908 - 1917.
Nothing to do with Julius Rappoport workshop.

Thanks @ivan49! So this ring is from 1st Artel? Was Julius not the workmaster of the 1st Artel workshop? I am looking at the link below.

Your ring bears well known and documented mark of the first Moscow artel (by definition an association of jewelers), as indicated by Russian letter YU on the right side of the mark (the first letter of the word YUVELIRNAYA meaning jewelry.
      For Rappaport see here:

Thanks again Ivan49. Would a ring made by the 1st Artel be more valuable than a ring made by the 2nd Artel? I'm assuming yes?

More important is the quality of the diamond (4 C i.e. carat size, clarity, color and cut). For example, rose cut is less valuable than brilliant cut. Even the slightest impurity within the stone affect significantly the value, the same goes for yellowish tint. Of course, only inspection by an expert can tell, not images of the stone.
Gold of the ring is well (deep) hand engraved.

      It's a 1.14 ct old European cut diamond (G color, SI1 clarity). It's a great stone.

Here's the story- when we bought the ring it was advertised as a 2nd Artel made ring, but it seems like it was actually the 1st Artel. So I'm trying to understand if that has increased the value on the ring.

The difference between artels does not mean much, if at all.
See here, the prices are in rubles, easy to calculate. They do not even bother to search for the maker; the size does matter.
