Vintage 1960's toy bartender with straw hat by Rosko. I first-hand try to find some information on Rosko who makes these bartender battery operated toy, and came up short. Rosko could be a shadow company of a larger company out of Japan. This is in vwry good condition for its age, this toy does not work and no box so it will be a display piece.
