Is it time for some more wonderful wood?
These mid-century wooden alphabet blocks have more than just letters going on!
They're covered with brightly colored designs of everyday objects like cars, boats and camels on one side, illustrations of people representing various professional occupations and activities, including Magicians, Skaters, Ushers, Sled Riders, even Santa Claus on another side and numerous animals, numbers and more letters printed or stamped onto all the other sides.
They're just fascinating.
Can anyone help me nail down a more precise date for when these things were made?

It's probably very likely that they used the same designs over a number of years, making it even harder to date them. Still, they're fun to look at.
