I bought this at an estate sale. I really didn't need another floor lamp. But it's a wonderful lamp. It's much heavier than I had expected. Feels like 50 pounds. No I have not actually weighed it. But it's a wonderful example of a Rembrandt floor lamp. It has a large mogul bulb. With glass diffuser, then cloth shade that sits on that. Then a wonderful green stone sits on the bottom. Not really sure the age on this. But it's in wonderful condition.
I would not have been able to pass this up as well. It's really amazing looking. The scrolling on the base is beautiful!!
Thank you for your comment! I waited to decide on buying it on the last day of the sale. So 50% off. I couldn't pass it up at $35. It was very well taken care of. It was a little old lady's house. She had lived alone there til age 99. Everything in the house was spotless.
You got an amazing deal! The last vintage floor lamp we bought cost us $75!!
