Very wonderful pieces. Probably one of the nicest Empire style pieces I have seen on the site. The chair reminds me of the English Regency period but could also be labelled Empire, I believe. I have seen a very similar couch in person so many years ago, about 40. Simply gorgeous !~

Couch is amazing-- pure EMPIRE!
I would lean toward using a blue or lighter red on it, but I did find this example that looks great:

I can’t use this in my home since I have already save and reupholstered a Duncan Phyfe set. I have no idea what to do with it, just wanted to save them!!
