Fritz Heckert pattern number 490/3, with silver overlay design Otto Thamm 1900-05. 6 inches tall by 4.50 inches wide, 4 indentation, colorless glass with 2 Different Blue melted applies in Papillion style and finish, a swirl sinuous stylish line surrounds the vessel in changeant manner.
