I think the 3-1/2" carved leaf brooch with brass stem is the oldest - early 1940's. Ditto wide oval link bracelet. Wood was a cheap material for costume jewelry starting in the 1930's. Brass components and round accents give a warm Fall vibe.

Very nice!! I especially like the leaf.
These are so good and I should look again at some of my wooden brooches, they may be older than I think.
I do however love the big link bracelet best, very mod.
I’m a brooch girl by heart, so I immediately went to the leaf! Love the brass “vein” down the middle! And to think these are 80-90 years old! Amazing post Mary! So nice to see true vintage here!
