Hello, I was hoping someone could say what branch this patch was used for and what this piece was used for , it has two straps on back and a loop on top , It appears to be WW2 era to me , ? thank you

The stripes are U.S. Army corporal stripes. No idea what the patch is.

Thanks Yes I found They are U S corporal Stripes so I know they are from the United States Military . The Emblem patch has Just been frustrating as I have been looking so hard but cannot find it, Lol , maybe a military expert has some idea
