I was asked to show this basket/bowl piece's base so it would be obvious why I am identifying it as Ruckl and not Kralik.

The Kralik version which was produced 2 ways, as a bowl and as a basket with an added clear glass handle, has a ring around the stem of the pedestal foot. The Ruckl version has a smaller angular foot rest, with no ring. Plus the decor has been identified as their yellow multi spatter decor with several pieces that share shapes with other Ruckl glass items.

Images 1,2,3 are the Ruckl bowl, image 4 is a Kralik/Steinwald pedestal base on hexagonal bowl/basket.

It has 6 sides, so is hexagonal, not octagonal. You may like to amend your title.
