This is a recent is a New Years Eve Thrift purchase for a few dollars.....its extremely tarnished.....I think it's silver??......but I'm not sure if it is all silver or a mixture or metals...as with silver over copper...etc.....I noticed that with a few pieces of electroplated silver, when tarnished has a bluish/reddish hue to the silver in places).......the age is unknown...and it has no hallmark.......
If it says Made In China, it's definitely Not Silver.
