Here is beautiful pave rhinestone domed brooch.
The layers of this piece appear to be identical in the construction, and the laid upon one another to form the dome - the lower layer has a large center stone exactly as the top layer.
I have researched this techniques and tried to id the maker to no avail
The back is done in a high quality metal, as well as the quality of the entire piece.
As I said it's beautiful.
Any Suggestions?

Thank you for you comments everyone! It really took me back when I saw it, I grabbed it up and had a women follow me throughout the thrift store - I think she was hoping I would put it down and she could get it - but anyway, it is lovely piece and I will take in my list to research the Kramer name. It is a winner - to quote
