    Found this - thought it was a printing press or mangle but not sure - can anyone enlighten me? I would like to fix it but need to know what it is first - Cannot see any serial numbers or name on it.

      Can you tell us what part of it moves (or looks like it is supposed to move?) and in what way when it might be 'in motion'?

      There is a wheel that you turn by hand at the side and the rollers turn (a bit) which sends the wood part of the device around in a circle. It does not complete the circle though - I am not sure if it is supposed to complete the full rotation or not.
