1980s-90s porcelain doll that was made to be a collector doll not a toy . These were sold at a time antique bisque dolls sold very high and were modeled after them . The market is now flooded with these dolls most made in China and Taiwan and exported to USA . They were sold in magazines and on home shopping shows . Some were high quality others not so much . Without name of maker on back of neck hard to say who made her . I would just enjoy her as she has very little more than sentimental value if given by a family member or a gift . Thanks for sharing her .
