I bought some vintage mechanical pencils at an estate sale and was wondering about this one- it 2 pieces the tip comes off and slides into the barrel when not in use- there is no markers mark

What is Thai type of pencil called ?
Is there any way to determine year and/or manufacturer

I can't tell you when it was made but it was made for Pacific Diamond H Bag Co of San Francisco. As of Dec. 1st 1960 they were at Spear & Folsom St. If they have archives you may find your answer there.
