Lovely swirled lidded barrel. Two colours of alternating pale pink and white stripes. It has a vaseline twisted leaf finial on the lid. The pontil is semi polished. Maker? Age? I've seen similar projections radiating out on the finial bottom before. Could this be a clue for either a national identity or a specific glass making firm. You be the judge. Just under 19 cms tall and 8.5 cms across bottom.
The finial is Welz, others probably did similar stripes.
