These knives are Robeson Sur Edge. Between the Sur and Edge is a triangle with a horizontal line through it. I can't find anything like them with that logo or decorative blades anywhere on sites that feature Robeson knives. They have wood handles and the blades appear to have had the docorative mottling farther down the blade but have been sharpened off. Anyone know anything about these? As near as I can figure they are from approx 1919 or a few years after.

      Nice Old knives
      The logo is Shur Edge
I did not see any other "hammered" finish examples while looking around

We can't either. Could it be a special order? A hammered finish someone could do themselves is it? Any idea where else to look? Do you think this makes them more valuable?

      Here you go:

Vintage Pebbled Style Hammer Forged Butcher Knife with Carbon Steel Blade & Wood Handle Made by Robeson Cutlery Company

Robeson Cutlery Company, Inc. was founded by Millard F. Robeson in 1879 in Elmira, New York. Millard Robeson started out by selling pocket cutlery. From 1910's to 1930's, Robeson was considered one of the best manufacturers of pocket cutlery in America, and one of the best in the world. In 1971, the Ontario Knife Co. bought Robeson and began making Robeson-brand pocketknives through their sister company, Queen Cutlery Co. Robeson has many trade names including Robeson, Red Pig, Shuredge, Pocketeze, Mastercraft, ...

This knife has the blade hammer forged from the carbon steel designed to take a finer edge and hold it longer providing sharp cutting satisfaction. The handle is triple riveted over the full tang to good fitting for durability,

Thank you. So I would guess the two would be worth about$125. Thank you so much for your help!
