Another recent Juliana set found at the antiques mall. I love the over-flowing abundance of the ab stones and the little filigree leaves. I'm calling this a Baroque style for Juliana although I don't have the reference book, so not sure its correct name. I was surprised that the back of one earring seems to be marked 1.98. Original price? The set is in excellent condition, except the back of the bracelet does show a bit of wear. However, the price was ridiculously inexpensive so I took it.
Looking up the designs on isitjulianajewelry.com I see the bracelet is listed as design 6002, while the brooch in a slightly different color or maybe just different lighting is design reference 281.

Now that you mention it I have heard the term Matrix but I don't have the Musetti book, so was unable to do any research. I found it on the isitjulianajewelry website, which I thought was reliable. If it isn't Juliana, what is it? D&E ceased operations in 1971, from what I can tell. Your knowledge would be appreciated, as I am not that knowledgeable about Juliana.

Eileen, Good to know. I knew D&E manufactured for many companies. I didn't know Juliana was such a short lived line. So the Juliana jewelry on the isitjulianajewelry is not all Juliana. Interesting. Because these designs are there but not Juliana? I love the color, the joie de vivre, and opulence of their designs.
