    Wood handle and with snake head carved on butt and wooden sheath bound in twine. Would like to know a name/style and region this would have come from?
    Blade is a little over 3 inches
    Total length is just under 8 inches

      It's middle eastern or Asian. Leaning towards Asian. Reminds me of the Kukri.

      On further investigation, I think this is a Japanese ‘Kiridashi’. It has the right blade shape but would love to know how old it is!
