The label says:

24% Lead Crystal
Made in Yugoslavia
Crystal Clear Industries

What looks like a martini glass is CCI, the company logo.

Crystal Clear Industries was an American importer. Yugoslavia ceased to exist in 1992. Guessing this lamp dates to the 1970s or 1980s.

It's a beautiful lamp, but it can't hold a candle to that beautiful animal perched precariously on both a piece of furniture and a window sill, and peering intently out the window. <3
