The painting is fabulous i think, but there seems to be no wear on the piece. I'd love to hear from apostata on this one.

well there no accounting for taste , but i am not so fond of this, the mark is almost monocolored consistent, in the Long symbol the mid section under the key is not closed and in the middle symbol up row lets say qian mark (fish hook) there is no division also caused by blurring , i i think these are bad signs

the scene is ok but is out of balance , the birds are technically out of balance ( size and shape and the overall balance is not completely my taste , because the color of the branches the scene and that ought not to be the intention

i think this is quite a new vase , i don,t know precisely , its Proc i think , and i think it is not even early Proc but very late

correction the dark almost monocolered branches are dominating the scene

      could this be japanese?

well i think that is too far fetched , because a real japanese blue will do more then a late chinese Proc , so why fake it the chinese way
