Akai AS-3 Tape Splicer
Found this today. Has beat up box, but no instructions or extra cut pads. Looks to be in pretty good shape.
For splicing reel to reel tapes together. I set it aside with the reel to reel.
A real(no pun intended) blast from the past...

cool find .. I bought a reel to reel with 12 reels full of stuff.and one in from Nam..I have to hook it up in the garage and find a speaker or 2 where its been sitting for 2 years.. hope it still works..lol cool find ...dave
