DiD makes extremely high quality 12" action figures. They are known for their metal accessories and the anti-tank gun here is all metal.
Peter Greim is from the early days of WWII on the Eastern Front. He has a very well detailed uniform but no accessories other than the anti-tank gun. That is reasonable as it is a towed weapon so all the gear is carried on the towing vehicle, probably a kettenkrad.
The Anti-tank gun is the PzB41 Anti-Tank Rifle. It was a 20mm weapon and was actually effective in the early days of WWII. The Russians and British had .50 caliber anti-tank rifles which is 12.7mm so this was a much larger caliber. But the others could be carried and this one needed to be towed. And as long as it is being towed might as well tow a much larger 37mm cannon. Not sure why this is called a rifle while other 20mm guns were called cannons. And then why are even larger guns not called cannons? The guns called cannons now are fully automatic weapons up to about 30mm. OK enough of that.
The PzB41 is so well detailed they could probably make it shoot if they had wanted. The breech opens and the 20mm round can be loaded.
I think I may pair it with my kettenkrad for another exciting post.

The detail is outstanding. I checked the google and found some great close up pics of the face & accesories. The boots. The clothes. Especially the gun! Curious, Is this modeled after a real life soldier named Peter Greim? Couldn't find anything.

      Thank you very much Newfld.

Thank you very much Alfie. I believe he is a fictional character. Dragon and DiD name their figures.
