    Japanese Ceramic Salt & Pepper Shakers

    This pair of skunks has sat on the kitchen mantle for as long as I can remember. They have the original corks and one has the Japan label still. They needed a really good cleaning with some dish soap and a toothbrush.

    Kids nowadays have probably never read a Sunday comics in the newspaper. And now some people are offended by Pepé Le Pew trying to kiss a cat. But that's what these two remind me of...Saturday morning cartoons!

      I love Pepe, and the cat wasn’t offended by his actions as these idiots think, she was offended by his smell!!!
      These skunks are wonderful. Growing up, my Mother had a pair of skunks from Japan, lady skunk with a hat with a feather boa, and the gentleman skunk with a bowler. They sat on the toilet tank for many years, seemed appropriate.....
