I found this today at a local estate sale and thought it was so pretty. I've seen Eisenberg pearl necklaces, but never seen a belt.

Hi @FeshAir -- I was excited to find this belt and the price was amazing! As far as the Eisenberg signature on the hooks, I don't see it. Does that lower the value? don't know anything about Eisenberg, but fell in love with this belt because it was se pretty and looks brand new :-)

Why do you think it's a belt? How long is it? It would be a VERY skinny woman!
I don't understand the two ends having the same hooks. How did it stay on a person?

Hi Celiene, I don't know for sure it's a belt, but it really doesn't look, or lay like a necklace. It measures 39" from the tip of one hook to the tip of the other and it's one-inch wide. I'm not a tiny person and it fits easily around my mid-section and the hooks hold it in place nicely. With all that said, I am a total neophyte when it comes to vintage jewelry and have never seen any other Eisenberg piece, so you may be correct. Either way, I like it and it's really pretty.
